We have heard that the population in the Southern Provinces of China is în a vary exited condition, but we have not heard anything of the gigantio rebellion referred to in the folloring paragrapli clipped from the Shanghai Courier :-The Hupao calis. attention to a report current in Hongkong to the effect that there are soule 20,000 mon apparently in rebellion on the borders of Kuangsi, but from what prefecture or i district those men have sprung up from,
