appears also that those who have this matter moro immediately in hand are of opinion, after a caroful survey of the whole position, that the directors were too pre- cipitate in closing their doors. If the pro- jactors of the now-bank are successful in establishing it on solid basis, they will. justify that opinion, but not otherwise.
