5. No compensation can be paid for mere damage to fragile articles such as portraits, watches, handsomely bound books, which reach their destination, although in a broken or deteriorated condition.
Money Order Regulations.
1-Money Orders are exchanged with the United Kingdom, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Port Darwin, the Straits Bettlements, Western Australia, and (except at Shanghai) with the Japanero Empire. Hongkong also isenes orders on Bbanghai, and vice versa.
