In the following Statements and Tables the Rates are given in cents, and are, for Letters, per half emmes, for Books and Patteras, per two ounces

Newspapers over four ounces in weight are charged as double, treblo, &c., as the case may be, but such papers or packets or case Paper may be sent at Book Rato.
