Local Parcel Post

1. Small Parcels may be sent by Post between any of the Post Office in China or Japan, as well as to- Macao, Fake. hoi, Singapore, Pebang, and Malsoca. The postage is 20 tents per lb, which includes Regiatra- tien except to Japan, to which country
