1. Small Parcels may be sent by Post between any of the Post Offices in China or Japan, as well as to Macao, Pak- hoi, Singapore, Ponang, and Malacca. They must not exceed the following dimen- ions, 2 feet long, 1 foot broad, 1 foot deep, nor wetch more than 5lbs.
