Indeed, the grand difficulty with the Hongkong Public School is this and Bishop Burdon put it very neatly not very long ago-thất You cannot establish a school with any marked degree of success without children. But that is not all, Even were Bishop Burdon able to come to the Government, and say, Here are head- reds of our English boys and girls who need education: what can you do for them? it would still be a question whether the regulations of an entire sys- tem of Government sid should be altered to suit an exceptional state of things. So far as the present, is concerned, it sppears to us that Hongkong has not yat advanced suheiently to justify the Government in opening the public parse for any such purpose. From its great nourishing power on the follicles it may in time cause Hair to return, 670 to its natural color; it, howevor, does not
of contain a particle dyeing ingredient.
Any Using it constantly will most egrtainly pre- vent the Hair falling. It is cleanly in uso, the smallest quantity sufficing. It has no sodiment, and therefore requires no shaking.
