Newspapers over four nances in weight are charged as double, treble, &c., as the as may be, but such papers or packets or bo seat at Book Rate. Two Newspapers must not be folded together as one, nor must anything whatever do inserted except bona fide Supplements.
Printed maifer may, however, be endlosed, if the whole be paid at Book Rate. Prices Cur- rent may be paid either as Newspapers or Commercial Papers signify such papers though Written à by Hand, do not hear the character of an actual or personal corre- spondence, such as invoices, deeds, copied music, &c. The charge on them is the same as for books, but, whatever the weight of a packet coutaining any partially writion paper, it will not be charged less than 6 The sender of any Registered Article may accompany it with a Rotura Receipt

The postage will be 20 cents per lb., which will include Registration.
