1 Small Parcels may be sent by Post between any of the Post ffices in China or Japin, as well as to Macao, Pak- hoi, Singapore, Penang, and Malacca. They must not exceed the following dimen alone, 2 feet long, 1 foot broad, 1 foot deep, nor weib more than Glbs. The postage will be 20 cents per lb., which will include Registration.
