NOTICE is hereby given, that a Meeting of the Creditors of HANS KLÆR, trading under the Style of B. EIÆR & Co, who was adjudicated Bankrupt on the 10th day of November, 1878, will be Held before the Honourable CHARLES [BOSHE PLUNEET, Registrar of the Court at the Court House of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong on MONDAY, the 15th day of September, 1879, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forencon precisely, when the Official Assignee will submit a Statement of the whole Estate of the Bankrupt as then as certained, of the Property Received and of the Property Outstanding, specifying the cause of its being so outstanding and of all the Receipts and all of the Payments there- out made, and any Creditor who bas proved may attend and examine such Statements and compare the Receipts with the Pay- ments. And the Meeting will declare by Resolution whether any and what part of the said produce of the Estate (after mak- ing a reasonable deduction for future con- tingenates) shall be divided amongst the Creditors, and at the same time the majority in value of the Creditors will determine whether any and what allowance shall be made to the Bankrupt out of the Estate; and the Creditors who have not already proved their Debta are to come prepared to prove the same or they will be excluded from the benefit of the hald Dividend and all Claims not then proved will be di allowed.
