THE EMBEZZLEMENT CASE.

REGINA V. #UNG AYOW. The trial was continued of Fung Ayow, a Chinese, who was charged in thst, being a person acting in the capacity of a servant for the firm of Nursey Kessowjes, and entrusted with the rewiving of money, he did, on the 26th February last, haring received from the Kang Sung Lee shop, in virtue of his being to employed, and for his masters, the sum of $2335, fraudulently and wicke edly steal, and embezzle, and devote to his own purposes that sum; a second count charged him with embezzling a sum of $1693.50 which had been paid to him for his masters by Rabamtolia Dobjes on the 27th April. The third count charged bim with the embezzlement of $58.18 paid him by one Samgadeen for his masternļ; and the fourth count charged him with felon fously stealing and embezzling and appropriating a sum of $11,157.19.
