WE would draw attention to a free onter tainment to be given at the Grod Templars Hems this evening commencing at past 7 o'clock. The programme is a good one. "We notice that a rather difficult piece of work, viz, the transplanting of two large troos, has been carried out to-day from the road near St. Joseph's Church to the foot of the new road by St. Paul's College.
It may save much disappointment if re- sidents who can claim exemp ion from Bervice & jarore, will do so b-fore the 15th Inst. Those whose names are on the list
and who ought to be exempt, must give notige before that time, otherwise they will have to serve throughout the year.
