(HRDOE & Co.'s Weekly Shipping Report, Iron Duka, on leaving Manila for Hong- kong, experienced a very strong northerly head wind, agalast whlob for two days ahe could make very little progress on her voyage, and coal ran short in consequence, The Commander decided on putting back to Manila for cual, and she was to leave again for Hongkong on the 31at ultimo.
