What Servia means by increasing her Armaments we can hardly conjecture. After what has passed, however, it is difficult to believe she is making those additional preparations for the benefit of Russia. Should a respectable army be despatched by England to the East, a Roumanian-Servian alliance against Rusida appears to be quite within the range of probabilities. Servia, however, acted so contemptibly during the late war that we are by no means anxious to wilnem an alliance between her and England.
