The above-mentioned Fremises comprise, firstly, that PIECE or FASOEL of GROUND, la Hongkong, registored in the Land Office na Marine Lot No. 231, with the Mes- BUAGES and BUILDINGs thereon, known as the Mint Premises; and those adjoining PIECES of GROUND, registered in the Land Office as Inland Lots Nos. 470, 471, 51by 694, 608, and 748, with the MESSUAGES and BUILDINGS thereon, adjoining the said Marine Lot, portions of the premises ou oupled by the China Sugar Refinery or belonging thereto, and the PLAKE, MA CHINERY, ENGINES, BOILERS, VACUUM PANN, FORNITURE, FITTINGS, and APPLI
ANOES therein, now used by the China Sugar Refinery secondly, that Pizca or PARCEL of GROUND in Hongkong aforesaid, with the MESSAGES and BUILDINGS thereon, registered in the Land Offico sa Bestion A of Marine Lot No. 52, with the MESSUAGES and BUILDINGS thereon, being the remainder of the Premises comprising the sald Refinery; and, thirdly, the STOCK-IN-TRADE, EXTRA PLANT, Mader- WEST, GOODS, and Chattels, which are or will be in and about the sald Promises and belonging to the Owners on the 39th day of February next.
