It is the first Chinese Newspaper cuir issued under purely native direction. The editorial department is conducted by Mr Chun Ayin, whose experience and competenes have already been most fully demonstrats. The chief support of the paper is of course derived from the native Laf Tal community, amongst who also are to be Magple found the guarantors and securities Mebanes necessary to place it on a business and Mooshen legal footing.
