She was con- structed to carry a large Cargo on a light draft of water and is well adapted for the Philippine, China, or Japan trade. She underwent general Repairs in 1875, when New SAILS, RIGGING, and a complete ontit were supplied by the HONGKONG AND WHAMPOA DOCK COMPANY, and in March of the present year her Engines and Boiler were thoroughly overhauled,
