The case of obstruction against Captain G. U. Saude, of the Novelty Iron Worke, was again brought forward. Capt. Sands wrote to the Magistrate requesting permis sion to use the space on the Praya at the shear legs, as he was engaged in removing his establishment to Belcher's Bay, and arging that what space be occupied now on the Praya was no obstruction, as it was within the line of the shear legs and was a part never used by the public as "a thoroughfare except by the wood vendors, The Magistrate adjourned the case till the 26th; meantime läspector Cradock was to complained of.
