The Siamese barque Telegraph, Captain Boutfal; left this part on 21st August. for Bangkok, with general cargo. On 25th instant, experienced a heavy Typhoon, which carried the three topmasts and
yards; she lost her sails and fib- boom, while considerable damage was done to her rigging. She put back to this port on the 27th, for repairs.
