MALLS BY THE "ORISSA.”— The Contract Packet URISHA will be dispatched with the usual Maila for Europe, de, on TUESDAY, the 9th February at 9, and the Post Office will be open for the reception of Ordi nary Letters, Letters for Registration, Newspapera, Books, de, until 8 F.. on the 8th February. Letters, &e, may be posted in the night box from 8 .. of the 8th February, until 7 A.. on the following morning.
