Die im Militärdienste befindlichen Per sonen können daher nach Kriegsgobrauch behandelt werden, während die Schiffe und sonstigen Transportmittel der Wegnehme und Confiscation unterliegen, welche auch auf die Usbrigo, etwa vorlandene, Neutra len gehörige Ladung ausgedehnt werden kann.

Jede Verletzung der Neutralität durch prcussische Unterthanen und Schiffe würde. dieselben ausserien der Gefahr ausscizen, ihrer Ausprüche auf den Schutz der Köni glichen Regierung Bowie auf die in dem preussisch-japanischen Vertrage garantirten Rechte und Privilegiou verlustig zu gehen.
