BRITISH CONSULATE, CANTON, March 9th, 1868. At the request of Sr. Don Manuel do Colarte, Her Catholic Majesty's Vice Consul at Canton, the undersigned as the honour to give Lotice that by a Royal Decree signed at Madrid on the 12th December Inst, the Merchandize, tuplemmits, &c., set forth in the acconipanying

Schedules are now ad- milted free of all duty o importation in the Philippine Islands and the Island of Puerto Rico,

18 respectively specified in the Schedules. This abrogation of import duty is granted irrespectively of the Bag under which the nordialize in question inay be carried, as also of the locality whence it is exported
