Circulars, Dividend Warrants, Invitations, Cards. Patterns, Bills, Almanues, &c., when intended for addressces in Hong Kong and when posted in batches of not less than ten of uniform size and weight are accepted at the special rate of 2 cents for each 2 oz, or fraction thereof. Such circulars, &c. should be delivered to an officer of the Post Office.
