SCRVEY OF STEAMSHIPS :—
Attendance at Legal Proceedings.
22. a Surveyor is served with a sulpena, and is permitted by the Govern- ment to attend a Court of law or Public Inquiry in his capacity as a Government Official, to give evidence or to make a statement, a fee of $75 per day is to be charged for the Surveyor's attendance.
Reduced fees of certain yachts.
23. The fees in this Table relevant to yachts of yacht clubs which appear n the Navy List are reduced by one-half under the Oriler made by the Governor in Council on the 19th day of July, 1928, under section 2 of the Crown Fees Ordinance, 1870 and published in the Gazette of the 20th July, 1928.
24. Where a service is rendered and no fee is prescribed in these regulatious it shall be lawful for the Harbour Master to assess the fee payable in respect of such service and such fee shall correspond where possible with that appearing in the Board of Trade List.
EVENING INSTITUTE CLASS FEES:-
A fee of $10 per term will be charged for each subject, with the exception of
the Vermeular Teachers' Classes, where the fee is $1.
"Efficient" members of the St. John Ambulance Brigade and Girl Guide Officers
will be charged $5.00 only for each subject.
The Fee for the Trade Courses for Apprentices is $5 a term.
