MEDICAL TREATMENT:-

Free X-ray examination and treatment are available to all officers, their wives and their children under 18 years of age.

Free medical treatment and maintenance are available to members of the Medical Department other than the Clerical Staff, to Cadets on probation, and to Police Probationers, whilst patients in a Government hospital.

All other officers, their wives, and their children under 18 years of age, whilst patients in a Government hospital, are entitled to free treatment but are charged for maintenance in accordance with the following scale :
