Maximum rise and fall 7 feet. No swell, currents or tidal
sets in Bay.

Mooring area is part of alighting area near pontoon.
Bottom is mud and sund, suitable for aircraft anchors.

Channel Rocks beacon Fl. ev. 5 secs. indicating Southern boundary of alighting area. System of white can buoys placed around slipway to facilitate beaching operations. No leading niarks.
Red flag on control tower indicates left hand circuit. Green
flag on control tower indicates right hand circuit. Black-bull un control tower indicutes wind less than 4 k.p.h. Wind sleeves situated on R.A.F. and civil hangars White smoke from cement factory on west shore forms reliable wind indicator.
No facilities for night operations.
No facilities other than W/T for landings in bad visibility.
(a) Texaco Petrol. Minimum quantity in stock 1.800 gullons. Octane 87. Refuelling carried out through pipeline from puinp hose ashore while aircraft is berth- ed alongside pontoon.
(b) Shell Petrol. Minimum quantity in stock 5,000 gullons. Octane 77, 80, 87. Refuelling carried out through hose from mobile tank unit while aircraft is berthed alongside pontoon.
(c) Stanнvo. Minimum quantity in stock 500 gallons. Octane 80. Refuelling carried out at pontoon or buoy from 50 gallon druins. Any quantity and grade not specified above can be obtainable at short notice. Shell Oil. Minimum quantity in stock 50 gallons, Aem Shell Henvy. Other grades obtainable at short notice. Stangvo Oil. Minimum quantity in stork 200 gallons Green Band. All grades Stanavo and Mobiloil supplies at short notice.
Texaco Oil. Not stocked. Obtainable at short notice. Potable water available at aerodrome.
