COMPANIES REGISTRATION :—

For registration of a company whose nominal share capital exceeds $10,000, the following fees, regulated according to the amount of nominal share capital (that is to muy) :-

For the first $10,000 of nominal capital

For every $5,000 of nominal share capital, or part of $5,000,

up to $25,000,

10.00

For every $10,000) of nominal share capital, or part of $10,000,

after the first $25,000, up to $500,000,...................

For every $10,000 of nominal share capital, or part of $10,000,

after the first $500,000,

For registration of any increase of slinre capital made after the first regis- tration of the company, the same fees per $10,000, or part of $10,000, as would have been payable if the increased share capital had formed part of the original share capital at the time of registration:

Provided that no company shall be liable to pay in respect of nominal share capital, on registration or afterwards, any greater amount of fees than 500 dollars taking into account in the case of fees payable on an increase of share capital after registration the fees paid on registration.

For registration of any existing company, except such companies as are by this Ordinance exempted from payment of fees in respect of registration under this Ordinance the same fee as is charged for registering a new company.

For registering any document by this Ordinance required or authorised to be registered or required to be delivered sent or forwarded to the Registrar other than the memorandum or the abstract required to be delivered to the Registrar by a receiver or manager or the statement required to be sent to the Registrar by the liquidutor in a winding up..........

11. BY A COMPANY NOT HAVING A SHARE CAPITAL.

For registration of a company whose number of members, as stated in the

Articles, does not exceed 25

For registration of a company whose number of members, as stated in the

Articles, exceeds 25, but does not excoed 100..............

For registration of a company whose number of members, as stated in the Articles exceeds 100, but is not stated to be unlimited, the above fee of $100, with an additional $5,00 for every 50 members or less uumber than 50 members after the first 100.

For registration of a company in which the number of members, is stated

Provided that no company shall be liable to pay on the whole a greater fee than $300 in respect of its number of members, taking into account the fee paid on the first registration of the company,
