TOWN PLANNING SCHEMES IN PROGRESS.

(1) GENERAL

Town planning work has, in the main, consisted of dealing with small areas, either in conformity with or as amendments and additions to the recommendations of the Town Planning

Committee of 1922.

During 1935 Development Schemes were prepared for the following areas.

HoNG RoNG

Morrison Hill.

1. L. 201.

Arsenal Street.

Lower Peak Tram Station.

Wong-nei-chong Valley.

KOWLOON:

Kowloon Tsai (Revision).

Area at Junction of Tai Kok Tsui Road and Boundary Street.

The scheme prepared last year for a Public Promenade and Boulevarde, Chatham Road was carried out during the year.
