The fees mentioned in Table A shall be taken in adhesive stamps, which shall be cancelled by porforation by the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar of the Court.

The fees mentioned in Table B shall be taken by the Official Receiver in money.

Whenever practicable the stamp shall be affixed or the money paid in respect of every fes before the proceeding is had in respect of which the fee is payable.
