Royalties,

The Hong Kong and Yaumati Ferry Company, Limited, for the privilege of maintaining a passenger and vehicles ferry service for a period of fifteen years from the 12th June, 1933, shall pay certain royalties or percentages based upon gross annual receipts.

Unclaimed Balances,

Indivisible residue and unclaimed dividends, and interest on funds in Court transferred to the General Revenue of the Colony.

LAND SALES.

Premia on sales at public auctions held in accordance with notifications.
