SURVEY OF STEAMSHIPS :-

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under sections 10 (6), 14 (7), 37 (2) and 42 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 6th day of December, 1928.

Published in the Government Gazette of the 21st December, 1928, Government Notification No. 665.

Part I of Table C in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899 is hereby rescinded and the following Part is substituted therefor :-

PART I.

Survey and other fees.

1. The regulations in this Part deal with the matter of survey and other fees as follows,-
