Part I of Table C in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899 is hereby rescinded and the following Part is substituted therefor:
Survey and other fees.
(b) The necessary fees or a substantial deposit on account must be paid before any survey, inspection or other service can be undertaken and all outstanding expenses or balance of fees must be paid before the case can be completed and the required certificate issued.
(c) All fees and expenses must be paid at the Harbour Office.
(d) An official receipt is given for all payments and if official confirmation of a payment is subsequently required a copy of the original receipt will be supplied on payment of $2.
