GENPOWDER AND OTHER EXPLOSIVES CHARGES FOR THE STORAGE, IN THE GOVERNMENT DEPÔTS.

The minimum charge for each 50 lbs, or fraction of 50 lbs,, gross weight, shull be $1 a mouth or fraction of a month; except as above, the charge shall be 25 cents for each 50 lbs. or fraction of 50 lbs., gross weight, for a month or fraction of a month.

The weight of the various packages will be determined at the time of storing, and no alteration will be allowed after they have been received into the magazine.

The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by in- sufficient or improper packing; and, as wooden packages are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tiu-lined, and the lining should be intact.
