At the discretion of the Hurbour Master such buoys may be let at a full monthly
rent, such letting to be subject to revocation at any time.. The tenant of any such buoy shall not sub-let the same.

GUNPOWDER AND OTHER EXPLOSIVES CHARGES FOR THE STORAGE, IN THE GOVERNMENT DEPOTS.
The minimum charge for each 50 lbs. or fraction of 50 lbs., gross weight, shail be $1 a month or fraction of a month; except as above, the charge shall be 25 cents for each 50 lbs, or fraction of 50 lbs., gross weight, for a month or fraction of a month,
The weight of the various packages will be determined at the time of storing, and no alteration will be allowed after they have been received into the magazine.
The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by in- sufficient or improper packing; and, as wooden packages are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intnot, CHARGES FOR THE STORGE OF ARMS at the GovERNMENT GUNPOWDER
For single packages,—
DEPOT.
(a) not exceeding 50 lbs. gross weight,—
ŝi a mouth or fraction of a mouth for each package.
(b) exceeding 50 lbs. gross weight,-

$1 a month or fraction of a month, or 25 cents a mouth or fraction of a month for each 50 lbs, or fraction of 50 lbs. of the gross weight of the package, whichever shall be the greater.
For consignments,—
$1 a month or fraction of a month, or 25 cents a month, or fraction of a month for each 50 lbs. or fraction of 50 lbs. of the gross weight of the consignment, whichever shall be the greater.
