NEW TERRITORIES :—

1. For the Registration of a Conveyance on Sale, to be charged on the amount or value of the consideration money, such consideration money to include any sum payable by the purchaser in respect of any mortgage or other debt remaining upon the property purchased or released by such purchaser to the Vendor.

1. For the Registration of a Lease or Agreement for a lease, to be charged on the amout of annual rout reserved.

of duly stamped agreement for the same.
