If a Surveyor is served with a subpoena, and is permitted by the Government to attend a Court of Law or Public Inquiry in his capacity as a Government Official, to give evidence or to make a statement, a fee of $50 per day is to be charged for the Surveyor's attendance.

Reduced fees of certain yachts

22.

The fees under this Part relevant to yachts of yacht clubs which appear in the Navy List are reduced by one-half under the Order made by the Governor in Council of the 19th day of July, 1928, and published in the Gazette of the 20th July, 1928.

Date of coming into force

23.

These regulations shall come into force on and after the 1st day of January, 1929.

A fee of $10 per term will be charged for each subject, with the exception of First Aid, the fee for which is $2 per term or $1 to Technical Institute or Queen's College students, and the Vernacular Teachers' Classes, where the fee is $1.
