SPECIFICATION OF TAXES, AUTIES, &c.

1. For the Registration of a Conveyance when no money consideration or merely nominal consideration passes, Provided that where such conveyance is made for the purpose of effecting a partition of land held by twa or more persons conjointly the District Officer shall have power to remit the fee payable on snel portion thereof as he may think fit.

1. For the Registration of a Power of Attorney.

1. For the Registration of any Onler or doenment issued under the Seal of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, Probate, Letters of administration in respect of any land upon which Stamp or Probate Duty has been paid, Certificate of Satisfaction, und all other documents not herein provided for.

$1 for the first lot and 10 rents for each addi- tional lot or portion of a lot after the first, with a maximum fee of $2.
