For the Registration of a Conveyance when no money consideration or merely nominal consideration passes, Provided that where such conveyance is made for the purpose of effecting a partition of land held by twa or more persons conjointly the District Officer shall have power to remit the fee payable on snel portion thereof as he may think fit.
