Where the lease is for any term not exceeding one year: 25 cents for every $100 or part thereof of the rent for one year. Where the lense is for any term exceeding one year but not exccading three years: 50 cents for every $100 or part thereof of the rent for one year. Where the lease is for any term exceeling three years: $1 for every $100 or part thereof of the rent for one year,
