Auy portion of an hour shall count as one hour.

FEES OF COURT :—
ORDER AS TO THE FEES AND PERCENTAGES TO BE
TAKEN IN THE SUPREME COURT,
It shall
1.—This Order may be cited as The Supreme Court Fers Order, 1903.
come into force on the 1st day of June, 1903, and shall upply to all causes and matters commenced on and after the said day, and to all proceedings taken on and after the said day in all causes and matters then pending. 2.The fees and percentages contained or referred to in the several Schedules hereto are fixed and appointed to be and shall be taken in the Supreme Court in the various jurisdictions to which the said Schedules respectively relate; and the said fees and percentages shall, except in so far as the said Schedules provide for a payment in cash, be taken by stamps either impressed or adhesive as the Governor may from time to time direct.
3.—All Orders and Rules of Court heretofore made for the purpose of fixing fees or percentages in the Supreme Court are hereby aunnlled, but this Order shall not apply to or ulfeet existing fees or percentages directed to be taken or paid by any Ordinance.
4.—A folio comprises 72 words, each figure being counted as a word.
