N.B.-(«.) Postal Hong packets may be sent to China at 4 cents per 4 oz., whielt must be prepaid.

(b.) Newspapers published in Hong Kong and puisted singly to Great Britain, 'rish Free State, British Possessions, Chinu and Marno are accepted at the special rate of 2 cents

per 4 oz. or fraction thereof.

(c) Circulars, Dividend Warrants, Invitations, Cards, Patterns, Bills, Almanacs, &c., when intended for addressees in Hong Kong or Wei Hai Wei at which a British

Postal Agency in established and when posted in batches of not less than ten of uniform size and weight (-uch weight not to exceed 2 ounces) are acceptoil at the special rate of 1

cent each. Such circulars should be delivered to an officer of the Post Office.
