Gunpowder Srouvar,—Continued,

and so on, increasing by 6 cents per package for each 25 H, of Gunpowder, up to and in excess of 100 Th., kecording as the Gunpowder may be loose or în tins. Packages containing Safety Cartridges to be charged per 25 in. weight, 6 vents u month, or fraction of a month; packages of detonators, 9 conta per 25 th weight. Cases or boxes of Percussion Cups to be charged six eouts for twenty-five pounds

weight a month or fraction of a nonth.

The weight of the various packages will be determined at the time of storing, aud uo

alteration will be allowed after they have been received into the Magazine. The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing, and as wooden puckuges are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intret.
