1.—Postage or Freight must be prepaid.
2.—Applications and samples should be addressed to the Government Analyst, who will inform the applicant as to the cost of the ex- amination, and will give a bill for the same which must be at once paid to the Colonial Treasurer.
4.—The locality from which the samples come must be clearly described. 5.-Crushed samples will not be received for analysis under any
circumstances.
6.—All samples analysed will remain the property of the Government. 7.- The Government will not recoguise any claims arising from the results
of analysis.
