INGREDIENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS.

(EUROPEAN DIETS.)

Each pint to contain 3 ounces meat without bone; one ounce onions ; nne Annice:

barley ; 4 ounces Greeus, yams, sweet potaines or tare; with popper and salt, Each pint to contain 2 ounces oatineal; one ounce molasses ; with salt.

To every pound 14 ounces suot ; 61⁄2 ounces flour

ounces water.

Each pint to contain 1 ounce flake cocoa or niba ; one ounce molasses or sugar, Enel pint to contain ounce tea ; † ounce sugar.

Chillies 34 dra, popper 11⁄2 dra,, turmeric † dr., coroander sood † dr., enmmiu sood † dr.

and oil on.

Note.—A Europonu prisoner sentenced to imprisonment for two years and upwards, and in the First Class under the progressivo stage system, shall be allowed 8 oz. of chicken for dinner on Sundays, in addition to the prescribed diet.
