A bathroom and lavatory is attached to each land- ing, one for Europeau foinales, one for European males, one for Asiatio females and one for Asintic males.

Water-closets of the wash-out typo provided with waste-preventing cisterns are used,

"the enforced isolation of a patient by day between the hours of 7 a.m, and 7 p,m, by the closing by any mkana whatsoever of the door of the room in which the patient is". The term “seclusion" does not apply to patients who are locked up in their rooms at night, as ull patients sleeping in single roonia are locked up.
