(1) Hon. Mr. C. Severn, C.M.G., administered the Government

and Mr. A. G. M. Fletcher. C.M.G., GR.E., acted as Colonial Secretary from 15th June to 18th November. (2) Became a member in place of H. E. Lieut.-General Sir G. M. Kirkpatrick, K 0.B..
