FEES OF COURT,—Continued.
For the Official Receiver supervising a special munnger or the carrying on of a debtor's business, where the estimated assets exceed $1,000, a fee according to the following scale :--
If the gross assets are estimated by the Official Receiver not to exceed
$5.000,
If to exceed $5,000) but not to exceed $50,000,
If to exceed $50,000 but not to exceed $100,000,
If to exceed $100,000 bar not to exceed $200,000,

The above scale is intended to include all expenses ; except in actions where the tenant disputes the landlord's claim, and witnesses have to be subpœnaed, in which case each subpiena must be paid for at 25 cents: where watchmen are kept in charge of property distrained, 50 cents per day must be paid per man; wliere property is removed and stored, the necessary expensos, to be fixed by the Registrar, must be paid,
