FEES IN WINDING-UP,—Continued.

19.—On every order of the Court approving such reconstruction or scheme, a fee nccording to the following scale on the estimated value of the company's property transferred or otherwise disposed of, viz.:—

On the first $100,000 or fraction thereof

On the next $900,000 or fraction thercof................... Above $1,000,000

20.- For taxation of costs.-The same fees as those directed to be paid and collected by the Order for the time being in force us to fees in the Original Jurisdiction of the Supreine Court.

TABLE B.

1.—On the nudit of the Official Receiver's or liquidator's accounts a fee according to the following scale ou the amount brought to credit, includ- ing the produce of calls on contributories, but after deducting (1) money received and spent in carrying on the business of the company, and (2) amounts paid by the Official Receiver or liquidator to secured creditors (other than debenture holders) :—

II. Where the Official Receiver nets as provisional liquidator only :—

(a) Where no winding-up order is made upon the petition or where a winding-up order is rescinded or all further proceedings are stayed prior to the suumoning of the statutory meetings of creditors und contributories :-

Such amount as the Court may consider reasonable to be paid by the petitioner or by the company as the Court may direct in respect of the services of the Official Receiver as provisional liquidator.

(b.) Where a winding-up order is made, but the Official Receiver is not continued as liquidator after the statutory meetings of creditors and contributories ;—

(1.) In respect of every 10 members, creditors, and debtors, and every fraction of 10 up to 1,000

For every 10 or fraction of 10 above 1,000 Provided that where the net assets of the company including unealled capital are estimated in the statement of affairs not to exceed $5,000 three-fifths of the above fee auly shall be charged.

(This fee to include cost of official stationery, printing, books, forms, and postage within Hongkong and to places in the British Dominions.)

(2.) Ou the value of the company's property as estimated in the state- ment of affairs after deducting (in cusos where a person other than the Official Receiver has, prior to the making of a winding-op order, heen appointed receiver for debeuture holders) the amount due to debenture holders :-

III.—Where the Official Receiver acts as liquidator of the Company (inclui-

ing his services as provisional liquidator) :

(1.) In respect of every 10 members, creditors, and debtors, and every fraction of 10

Provided that where the net assets of the company, including uncalled capitul, do not exceed $5,000 three-fifths of the above fee only shalt be charged,

(This fee to include cost of official stationery, printing, books, forms and postage within Hongkong and to places in the British Dominions.)

(2.) Upon the total assets, including produce of calls on contributories realised or brought to credit by the Official Receiver, after deducting sums on which fees are chargeable under No. IV of this Table, and not being moneys received and spent in carrying on the business of the Company :-
