(1) Hon. Mr. C. Severn administered the Government and Mr. E. D. C. Wolfe acted as Colonial Secretary from 8th April to 11th May, 1921.

General Sir George Macaulay Kirkpatrick, during the absence from the Colony of the latter from 3rd May to 23rd June, 1921, and from 6th November to 2nd Decem- ber, 1921.
