SLAUGHTER-HOUSES :-

Sole privilege of slaughtering animals for the food of man within any part of Shaukiwan and Aberdeen granted by Tender for one year from 1st January to 31st December, 1920, for $2,$20 and $1,416 respectively.

Sole privilege of the daily collection and removal of blood and hair from the Slaughter-houses situated at Kennedy Town in the City of Victoria and at Ma Tau Kok in Kowloon granted by Tender for one year from 1st January to 31st December, 1920, for $7,740 and $1,620 respectively.

Depôts for Cattle, Pigs, Sheep and Gouts at Keimedy Town and Ma Tau Kok:-

The fee payable for each head of cattle housed in a Government. Depôt shall be fifty cents when cattle so house are removed to any place other than the Slaughter-house adjoining such Depôt or another Government Depôt, and the fee payable for each pig, sheep and goat similarly housed and removed shall be ten cents. No fee is payable ou admission.......
