PINEAPPLE Land Lease

SLAUGHTER-HOUSES :—

Sole privilege of slaughtering animals for the food of man within any part of Shaukiwan and Aberdeen granted by Tender for one year from 1st January to 31st December, 1919, for $2,580 and $1.284 respectively,

Sole privilege of the daily collection and removal of blood and hair from tho Slaughter-houses situated at Kennedy Town in the City of Victoria and at Ma Tau Kok in Kowloon granted by Tender for one year from 1st January to 31st Decembør, 1919, for $7,380 and $1,440 respectively. Depots for Cattle, Pigs, Shoep and Goats at Kennedy Town and Ma Tau Kok:-

The fee payable for each head of cattle housed in a Govornment Depôt shall be fifty cents when cattle so housed are removed to any place other than the Slaughter-house adjoining such Depôt or another Government Depôt, and the fee payable for each pig, sheup and gost similarly housed and removed shall be ten cents. No fee is payable on admission.
