  • Sole privilege of the daily collection and removal of blood and hair from the Slaughter-houses situated at Kennedy Town in the City of Victoria and at Ma Tau Kok in Kowloon granted by Tender for one year from 1st January to 31st December, 1919, for $7,380 and $1,440 respectively.

Depots for Cattle, Pigs, Sheep and Goats at Kennedy Town and Ma Tau Kok:

The fee payable for each head of cattle housed in a Government Depot shall be fifty cents when cattle so housed are removed to any place other than the Slaughter-house adjoining such Depot or another Government Depot, and the fee payable for each pig, sheep and goat similarly housed and removed shall be ten cents. No fee is payable on admission.
